Meet Norma Goldman

Norma Goldman, founder and director of The Menopause Exchange, qualified as a pharmacist and is a health promotion specialist. She has excellent presentation skills and has been giving presentations since 1999 to workplaces (companies and organisations). Presentations include ‘Understanding the Menopause’ and ‘The Menopause for Managers’.

Norma is highly attuned to the concerns of those facing the menopause and includes time to answer their questions.

What You Will Learn

‘Understanding the Menopause’ presentation

  • Attendees will receive information that will enable them to make informed decisions about how to cope with the perimenopause and the menopause with the help of a healthcare professional.
  • Attendees also have the opportunity to share their experiences with others, if they wish to do so, and to ask questions.


‘The Menopause for Managers’ presentation

  • Attendees will receive general information on the perimenopause and the menopause including the menopausal symptoms that can affect work and how they can support and help those going through the menopause.
  • Attendance will increase awareness of issues relating to the menopause in the workplace.
  • There will be interaction in the session between attendees.

Workplaces receive a fact sheet which gives a summary of the information given in the presentation.

  • Line managers, health and safety officers and others responsible in the workplace for the wellbeing of employees
